Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Leader to join our team at Tapestry Venture Capital, LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead our store operations during their assigned shift.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a Shift Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Zapp store, including motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will ensure that customer orders are accurately prepared while maintaining awareness of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A significant portion of your role will involve managing stock effectively, from inbound and putaway to cycle counting.
  • You will provide comprehensive end-of-shift reports to the next incoming leader, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for staffing planning ahead of time and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You will also need to ensure that attendance management procedures are followed diligently when issues occur.
  • Your safety and health are of utmost importance; you must adhere to rigorous protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Finally, you will be accountable for monitoring and reporting on performance during your shift, escalating any critical issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with previous experience in managing front-line operational teams, consistently meeting demanding performance standards.
  • Experience in the food, retail, hospitality, or warehouse sectors (or similar live operational environments) is highly valued.
  • A strong leadership presence, combined with the ability to motivate and inspire a team by being personally invested in their success, is essential.
  • The capacity to independently lead shifts confidently is paramount.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are necessary to navigate complex situations efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, and nights, is required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum.
