We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals working with schools across Bristol. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom management and organization
  • Leading activities and interventions
  • Supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Reporting student progress to SLT

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, particularly toddlers
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the UK curriculum
