About the Role

Yellowcom Ltd is a leading provider of telecoms installation, maintenance, and support services in Scotland and Ireland. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecoms Engineer to join our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers through phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with telecoms equipment and software
  • Install and maintain telecoms systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures
  • Attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues
