Job Title: Telecoms Supervisor

TK Elevator UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Supervisor to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across Ireland, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational metrics to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Direct and supervise New Installation and Modernisation teams to ensure safe, quality-driven, and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and services
  • Authorise and manage engineer time sheets, holidays, and night call rotas
  • Champion continuous customer service and health and safety regulations
  • Submit CPPs, Method Statements, Quality plans, and Programmes for approval
  • Carry out monthly financial reviews and ensure snag-free handovers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a project supervisory role managing a team
  • Experience working in an operational role in an engineering/manufacturing or construction industry
  • Customer relationship management skills and experience
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work well with others
