About the Role

This position requires serving police officers from Home Office Forces with no current performance or conduct concerns. As a Senior Law Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional local policing, pursuing criminals relentlessly, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional local policing services to the community, prioritizing community safety and well-being.
  • Pursuing criminals relentlessly, upholding justice and protecting society.
  • Fostering an inclusive work environment with support networks like Wellbeing Support Champions, Dyslexia Support, LGBT+, Inclusion Matters, and more.
  • Contributing to the safety and security of critical national infrastructure sites, such as ports in Southampton and Portsmouth, and oil refineries.
Requirements
  • A serving police officer from a Home Office Force with no current performance or conduct concerns.
  • Completion of the two-year probationary period and the Policing Diploma, or equivalent qualification, at the point of application.
