Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Seasonal Golf Operations Associate to join our dynamic team during our high season. As an integral member of the DSA Golf operation, you will contribute to the profitability and smooth operation of our golf outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and engagement.
- Anticipate and exceed guests' expectations by providing personalized attention and support.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and business planning initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Execute all golf operations duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Guest Experience: Exceed guests' expectations through excellent and engaging service, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized attention.
- Pro Shop: Maintain high-quality displays, manage stock levels, and provide creative ideas to increase sales.
- Golf Ops: Manage buggy stores, oversee first tee starters, improve guest experiences through Meet and Greet, and maintain driving ranges.
You will be an enthusiastic, well-presented, friendly, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A flexible approach and passion for golf are essential.
Education and Experience RequirementsDesirable skills and experience include:
- Previous golf operations experience.
- Hospitality experience or relevant qualifications.
- Confidence in using POS, Excel, and Word programs.
This is a seasonal opportunity during our high season, from April to September. A competitive hourly rate up to £17.50 per hour is offered, depending on experience. The role includes weekend working, early mornings, and evenings. We offer a range of associate benefits, including a company pension scheme, free onsite car parking, meals while on duty, 24/7 access to employee assistance line (EAP), and free fitness access.
