Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that meet customer demands
  • Spearhead kitchen operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock management systems
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Have experience supervising a team in a similar Chef role, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrate a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
