Shifts: Monday to Sunday (5 shifts across 7 days per week)

Hourly Rate: Monday to Saturday £13.37 / Sunday £14.49

Duration: 01/11/24-08/01/25

About the Role

You'll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the mail for your route, before either taking out your van to complete your round or making your way out on foot. You'll each be given a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and the round will take around four hours to complete. The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system putting your round in the most economical route, telling you which house to go to next.

About You

We're looking for upbeat and self-motivated individuals who are happy working alone or as part of a team. You'll have a strong sense of community and the idea of doing a job that involves flexible working patterns will appeal to you. You'll be someone who likes being outdoors whatever the weather and is willing to work across weekends.

Some experience in a customer-facing role would be ideal. A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than six penalty points is essential, but a clean licence is preferred. Please note you will be required to show this at your induction.
