At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Research Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about research and data communication.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scientific support for discrete tasks and may independently manage some project-related tasks.

  • Conducts and coordinates site activities, including recruitment, contracting and IRB submissions, site management and training.
  • Conducts and assists with data collection and data management, including conducting one-on-one cognitive interviews, co-moderating focus groups; compiles data collection tools, performing data entry and review.
  • Provides help with data analysis, including preparing qualitative code book, performing and coordinating coding, and reviewing quantitative data tables.
  • Performs efficient delegation and communication within/outside of project team, and communicates regularly with senior project team members (i.e. principal investigator) about project tasks.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a scientific field and at least one year or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field and at least two years of experience in healthcare research.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
