Contact Centre Worker - Children and Families

As a Contact Centre Worker - Children and Families, you will be responsible for facilitating and supervising after-school contact sessions with looked-after children and young people aged 0-16 years and their families. You will also attend Court to give evidence on the nature of contact sessions, the level of attachment, and the relationship between the child and parent/significant other when required. You will attend meetings, reviews, and conferences. Requirements include a UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, business insurance, at least 1 year's experience working with looked-after children and their families, an understanding of attachment theories in relation to children in care, and the ability to apply different methods of interventions with children and families to educate, facilitate, and promote changes within contact sessions.
