Job Title: Child and Family Practitioner

Join our team at The Lighthouse, Uni College London Hospitals, as a Child and Family Practitioner. We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Case Management team, supporting our diverse community of children and young people from North Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advocacy and social work support to children and families in an inter-agency context.
  • Responsible for the triage process, safeguarding oversight, supporting the intake process, and signposting.
  • Work closely with professional colleagues in the community to ensure a seamless journey through our services.

About the Role:

The Lighthouse is a unique multi-agency service providing holistic health assessments and medical support, emotional support, and therapeutic interventions to children who have experienced child sexual abuse. Our team includes paediatricians, clinical nurse specialists for sexual health, case workers, social workers, therapists, and police liaison officers.
