Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and technical support to customers and the external sales team
  • Manage key customer accounts from a technical perspective
  • Contribute to the wider commercial and product strategies for our renewable product lines
  • Visit sites ready to start installing our clients' PV products to support installers
  • Produce designs for customers looking to use our PV products
  • Handle queries from site staff and investigate complaints
  • Attend trade shows and visit merchants to promote PV and renewables

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Qualifications in a technical-related subject (ideally degree level) or comparable experience within a roofing or electrical-related role
  • Experience delivering training
  • Experience of working on or attending construction sites
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D housing plans, elevations, and details
  • Technically minded and able to learn product and system information
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel regularly
