Strategic English Curriculum Manager

Olive Academies is seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to lead the development of English curriculum and management at our Havering and Thurrock academies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leading Key Stage 3 and 4 children in dynamic learning environments and can effectively work across multiple sites.
As an inspirational leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment strategies that inspire students and foster a love for learning. Your experience in managing teams and developing curricula will be essential in driving academic excellence and student progress.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
