Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group in Gloucester.

This role involves providing personal care, medication management, and support to a young client with complex health needs in their own home and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to our client
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Managing medication and clinical equipment
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including bank shifts and occasional evenings
