About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Analysis Manager to lead complex sourcing projects across various service-based categories. As a key member of our commercial procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial strategies that create value and support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-million-pound sourcing initiatives across indirect service categories, including Travel, FM, HR, Marketing, Consultancy, and Professional Services.
- Drive strategic, innovative approaches to achieve significant savings and business improvements.
- Develop and implement robust sourcing frameworks, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge procurement needs, streamline processes, and maximise commercial value across various business units.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments, using insights to shape best-in-class sourcing practices that drive total cost of ownership improvements.
