Job Description

The Billing and Credit Control Specialist role involves a combination of billing management, credit control, accounts reconciliation, and customer relations.

You will work closely with internal teams to verify data and ensure all billable products/activities are captured and invoiced correctly.

A key aspect of this role is generating accurate invoices on time, resolving discrepancies in billing records or customer accounts, and monitoring outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payment.

A salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
