We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the position of Field Sales Account Manager in our Groundcare division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Accurately track and record sales performance, meeting and exceeding targets as required.
  • Territory Development: Collaborate with our Telesales partner to expand your territory, implementing strategies to achieve maximum results.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, providing expert technical support to customers.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales/account management experience in the Groundcare sector or similar field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Results Focus: Strong focus on achieving results, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Compensation Package

The compensation package for this role includes a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme. You will also enjoy a company car and private health scheme.
