Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing email communications and sorting invoices
- Setting up new supplier accounts and processing payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on invoicing queries
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Providing cover for Accounts Receivable
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Excel and other financial software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,500 - £27,500 per annum, based in Bampton with parking on site. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are also available.
