Job Responsibilities
We're looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your duties will include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities.
