Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Youth Support Coordinator to join our team of Wellbeing Accommodation Support Workers. As a Key Person, you will play a vital role in supporting young people, fostering a safe and supportive environment, and promoting their independence.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring each young person receives tailored care and guidance.

The successful candidate will be proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgmental, with a good sense of humour and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.
