Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Live-In Care Supervisor to join our team in London and surrounding areas. As a Live-In Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our live-in care service, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients, and supporting the commercial plans for your geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live-in care teams to deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
  • Safely transition clients from various care settings to be looked after by Trinity.
  • Ensure quality and delivery of care.
  • Support the commercial plans for your geographical area.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Performance-based bonuses for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
