Outsourcing Manager Opportunity

Rutherford Briant, a top regional firm with an office in Ipswich, is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager or Senior Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £60,000, depending on experience, and provides excellent benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the delivery of outsourcing assignments, including review of monthly/quarterly management accounting, preparation of cash flow reports, budgets, and projections, and oversight of bookkeeping and VAT returns.
  2. Act as the overall engagement manager for clients, liaising with other teams to facilitate the delivery of annual accounting and corporation tax compliance, payroll, company secretarial services, and other advisory services.
  3. Lead a team of trainee accountants, assistant accountants, and management accountants.
Requirements:
  1. A qualified Accountant, either ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  2. Experience in portfolio management, including delivery of outsourcing services.
  3. Up-to-date working knowledge of tax, including MTD.
  4. Strong systems knowledge in Xero, Dext, Approval Max, and QBO, including implementation.
