**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide one-to-one support to individuals to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment
* Work closely with employers to identify job opportunities and develop job descriptions
* Assist individuals in creating a CV and preparing for job interviews
* Provide ongoing support to individuals in their new roles
