We offer a competitive £18-20 per hour salary, depending on experience and qualifications. This rate is higher than the national average for similar roles and reflects our commitment to valuing our staff's contributions. You will be entitled to attractive working conditions, including a set pattern of work with regular service users, 35p per mile paid mileage, and a comprehensive workplace pension scheme. Our generous holiday pay policy ensures that you can enjoy well-deserved breaks while maintaining your financial stability.
