Job Title: Technical Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Compliance Specialist to join our team at Reed Food & FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement company systems and procedures in line with BRCGS, M&S, and customer requirements
* Conduct quality control testing, including water, environmental, and calibration tests
* Manage Certificates of Analysis for raw materials
* Ensure all food produced is safe, legal, fit for human consumption, and meets customer requirements
* Serve as the technical key contact for the factory, addressing technical issues and queries
* Handle customer contacts and queries
* Manage the Pest Control Contractor and coordinate the dispatch of lab samples
* Support internal/procedure audits
* Log and investigate non-conformances
* Manage Halal, Kosher, and Sedex certification
* Oversee raw material supplier management and special projects related to site-specific issues
* Assist in raw material data and specification management within procedure compliance

Requirements:

* Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of food safety and compliance regulations
