About the Role

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our esteemed Healthcare team, specializing in EL/PL matters for NHS Resolution. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading global law firm, leveraging your expertise in healthcare law and litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.
  • Provide health law advice, regulatory guidance, and representation at inquests and judicial reviews.
  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare division to develop and implement strategies for EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' qualified experience with relevant expertise in EL/PL and healthcare law.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation experience within EL/PL.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
