Peripatetic Deputy General Manager

About the Role
This is a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager opportunity with Barchester Healthcare, where you will support our care homes across the region. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop teams in various care homes
- Implement action plans to meet residents' needs
- Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
- Monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting
- Experience with safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and HR
