As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing technical and applications teams to create and drive the global film technical support strategy. You'll support the sales team in developing and specifying product opportunities, and collaborate with global sales, customer service, OEM, and strategic account sales teams to deliver new projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical and applications teams to plan applications development for NPI and in-mold electronics processes
  • Ensuring the strategic goals of the film team are met, including XMAPP, account, and product line profitability analysis and action
  • Creating clarity for the technical and sales teams by helping to create a film deployment and trialing strategy
  • Supporting existing and new customers to use an increasing volume of F&SSS products and other ESI products where possible
  • Managing global technical and applications teams in the delivery of customer training, customer support, feasibility studies for new projects as agreed with F&SSS leadership team

Requirements include:

  • Ability to work in a formulating chemical laboratory and manufacturing environment
  • Following relevant Grow, Win, Create methodologies, reporting, and recording actions in Salesforce/Atlas CRM systems
  • Use of QFD, project management tools, and XMAPP
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, and write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style
