Job Title: Academic Projects Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Client's Training and Development department. This involves building and maintaining relationships with retailer staff and providing regular updates on team progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain a daily call log to track interactions with retailers.
  2. Identify key personnel and communicate client requirements effectively.
  3. Share data from reports to highlight enrolment gaps and new training implementations.
  4. Coordinate bookings and in-person training sessions.
  5. Monitor and report on learning pathway progress.
  6. Collaborate with the Project Manager to book trainers and venues.
  7. Address queries related to the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a relevant coordinator role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Familiarity with Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Virtual Classroom Technology (VCT).
  4. Ability to schedule, coordinate, and plan effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  6. Strong customer service skills.

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid working role, with two days spent working from home.
