Project Coordinator - Academic Services

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Client's Training and Development department. This involves forming and sustaining relationships with retailer staff and reporting on the team's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contacting retailers to maintain a daily call log, identify key personnel, and convey client requirements.
  2. Sharing data from reports to identify enrolment gaps and new training implementations.
  3. Requesting bookings and in-person training sessions.
  4. Monitoring and reporting on learning pathway progress.
  5. Coordinating with the Project Manager for booking trainers and venues.
  6. Addressing queries related to the Learning Management System.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a relevant coordinator role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Familiarity with Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Virtual Classroom Technology.
  4. Ability to schedule, coordinate, and plan.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  6. Customer service skills.
