Job Summary

Global Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Data & AI Literacy. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a deep understanding of data and artificial intelligence across our customers' organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enabling AI Adoption: Accelerate the safe adoption of AI capabilities and features, including existing products such as CoPilot, and develop the organisation's own Machine Learning and AI models using business data from the Data Science Team.
  • Understanding Evolving Needs: This business-facing role requires close working with staff across the organisation to understand their evolving needs, finding the right solutions and capabilities that align with these needs.
  • Guidelines and Training: Lead the production of training materials and guidelines for safe and appropriate AI and data usage by staff.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with CDAIO and other senior leaders to set a roadmap for transformation initiatives related to AI and data improvement, guiding the AI and data journey and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Delivery and Implementation: Work alongside the Snr Data Business Partner and technical applications teams to drive AI and data capabilities, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of data literacy, data science, and artificial intelligence, with the ability to explain these topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience working in a complex environment, acting as an internal expert, and advising leaders on strategic needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven record in project and portfolio delivery.
  • Extensive experience working collaboratively with diverse colleagues.
  • Desirable - Experience creating data and AI literacy programmes within formal education and as part of lifelong learning initiatives.
