We are seeking a skilled and experienced HLTA to join our team in a Primary School setting in the High Wycombe area.
Job Description:
This role will involve leading classes, developing children's skills in their learning, and assessing pupil progress. You will also be responsible for teaching and covering classes in teachers' absences using your planning to continue students' learning without disruption.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children
- Confidence
- Hold HLTA status or have previous teaching assistance experience desired
- Be capable of preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals, small groups, or the class as a whole
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Location: Primary School in the High Wycombe area
