**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage BOM cost versus budget, BOM integrity, sourcing decisions, and cost reduction opportunities, including change and risk mitigation.
* Ensure requirements are met on time, delivering a highly capable and cost-effective supply base, adhering to required quality standards.
* Create, update, and present procurement slides/actions to the Procurement Manager and Programme/Project site reviews (Business review).

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Programme Procurement Change Control, and where applicable Export Control and ITAR.
* Delivery/maintenance/integrity of Programme BOM to Cost/Budget, while ensuring Item/Contract Item Data is updated and maintained.

**Requirements:**

* Sound knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
* Proficient in contract management and supplier evaluation.
* Proven experience of contractual and commercial negotiations.
