Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to students' needs
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND, promoting independence and confidence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school strategies for supporting students with SEND
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting student progress and achievement
