Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable activities, including paying supplier invoices and expenses.
* Manage customer agreements to ensure correct processing of payments and account activities.
* Monitor bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds and complete required postings.
* Manage financial aspects of customer accounts and profit and loss accounts.
* Participate in portfolio management work in line with accounting standards.
* Produce daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
* A decisive decision maker with great attention to detail.
* Ability to work closely with the team to improve processes and enhance performance.
* Experience in an accounts role and AAT or equivalent qualification/working toward is beneficial.
* Immediate or short notice is required for this temp to perm opportunity.
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, with occasional weekend work.
* £30,000 - £35,000 DOE.
* Annual company bonus scheme.
* Hybrid working.
* Access to accredited qualifications.
