About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Back of House Team Member to join our kitchen team at Slim Chickens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.
  • Support the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
