Job Overview

Sodexo Live is seeking a highly skilled Back of House Supervisor to join our team at the ACC Liverpool. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen operations.

As a Back of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen areas. This will include ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and that all cleaning schedules are carried out to the required standards.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and supporting our kitchen team, providing them with the information and tools they need to achieve their roles. This will include administering stock levels, reporting on shortages, and controlling costs in line with budgeted payroll.

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in a similar role and are able to work well in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct operation and cleaning of all machinery, particularly dishwashers
  • Maintain all operating equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and kitchen equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure that all cleaning schedules for all areas of responsibility are carried out to the required standards
  • Oversee and support all operations daily
  • Effectively maintain, manage, and develop a core team and provide them with the information and tools with which to achieve their roles
  • Ensure that casual employees are thoroughly briefed and capable of expectations
  • Issue detailed rosters, staffing effectively whilst controlling costs in line with budgeted payroll
  • Administer stock levels on a monthly basis, reporting on shortages and cost implications
