Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care and nursing team, ensuring residents' needs are met, and providing clinical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage and lead the care and nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Resident Care: Ensure that residents' needs are met and their care plans are implemented effectively.
- Clinical Guidance: Provide clinical guidance and support to the care and nursing team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Environment Creation: Create a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.
- Team Motivation: Lead and motivate team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional care services.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of professional standards and regulations, experience in dementia palliative care training, and ability to resolve complaints effectively.
