Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team at Rolls-Royce plc as an Asset Management Lead. As a key member of our EC&I Sub-systems Department, you will be responsible for leading the SSNA sensors programme of work and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SSNA sensors programme of work, ensuring timely delivery of products and design outputs.
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, shipbuilder, and internal teams to ensure quality products and design outputs are delivered on time.
  • Perform the role of SCRUM master, managing the team's day-to-day activities in line with the wider plan.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing complex programmes.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence.
  • Electro-Mechanical Design experience, ideally for NPI.
  • Experience of Lifecycle Engineering, with a strong understanding of product development.
  • Electrical and/or mechanical experience and qualifications, with knowledge of Sensor Systems and/or high integrity systems.
