Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer to join our team. As an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors and door systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complete services reports and provide support to customers
  2. Work independently and as part of a team to install, maintain, and repair industrial doors and door systems
  3. Report to the Spares & Services manager and collaborate with other departments as needed
  4. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on door installations, including reading and working from engineering and technical drawings
Requirements:
  1. Must live within a 50-mile radius of Derby or 30-mile radius of Reading
  2. 5 years of experience maintaining industrial doors (desired)
  3. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background
  4. CSCS Card
  5. IPAF/DHF trained
  6. Full UK Driving Licence
  7. NVQ Level 3 - Electrical Installation
  8. 18th Edition / Electrical qualifications
  9. Happy to work away from home for at least 1-2 weeks per month
Benefits:

  2. Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5pm & Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm working hours
