Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 swimming teacher or coach to join our team of instructors in London.

The successful candidate will have a competitive swimming aquatics background and a passion for teaching and coaching swimming.

Our part-time role is for up to 14 hours per week, for either 3 or 4 evenings per week at luxury hotels in London.

As a swimming instructor with Turner Swim, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of adult clients on a one-to-one basis, from water phobic individuals to triathletes.

Ongoing training is provided to enhance your skills as a teacher, including lifesaving, open water phobia training, and customer services training.

We have a reputation for delivering a 5-star service and are looking for additional elite team members who share our passion for swimming and teaching.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering one-to-one adult lessons following our programme syllabus and teaching methods.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, facility staff, and management.
  • Expanding swimming and triathlon knowledge through regular instructor development sessions.
  • Recording client progress.
  • Ensuring a safe learning environment for clients, hotel guests, and spa staff.
