Job Summary

Schroders is seeking a skilled Reporting and Governance Analyst to join the Global Technology Management Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex reporting and governance routines. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, as is the ability to manage ad-hoc requests from senior leaders and regulators effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collation and aggregation of metrics and data necessary for executive committee (Exco) reporting. They will also manage essential reporting and governance routines for key stakeholders, including external regulators and internal committees. Additionally, they will efficiently address ad-hoc questions and requests from regulators, senior management, and audit partners, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, technology management, or reporting within the financial services industry. They will also possess a strong understanding of data governance practices and frameworks, coupled with data modelling skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is also required. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements and adherence to governance standards.
