Job Title: Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship
About the Role:
The Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Maybury Montessori as a Level 3 Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to 4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans.
- Support children's personal care needs.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming setting.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Childcare Qualification is required.
- You must be able to obtain a clear DBS.
- You ideally will have GCSE Grades A*-C in English and Maths, or equivalent.
Working Hours:
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week with shifts between 08.00am to 18.00pm.
