About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the hospitality and food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective account plans to retain and grow existing business
  • Manage suppliers against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve any day-to-day supply and quality issues
  • Offer and assist customers with online ordering systems, including Freshmarket, Marketman, Procure Wizard, and Fourth
  • Mentor and support junior account managers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Director to share knowledge and experience and support the development of junior team members

Requirements:

  • Strong sales or account management experience in the hospitality and food industry
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Driving license
