Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of learning delivery and assessment decisions within military engineering training and apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance activities in line with the IQA strategy, producing sampling plans and conducting observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Deliver training, mentoring and support to delivery staff to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of learning delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Experienced and qualified Internal Quality Assurer with a mechanical engineering background.
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent) and good understanding of work-based learning programmes.
  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment is desirable.
