We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fun Holiday Camp Leader to join our team at Let Me Play, a leading childcare provider in the South East of England & The Midlands. As a Fun Holiday Camp Leader, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational activities to children aged 5-12 during our holiday camps.

Job Description
  • Deliver Sessions: Develop and deliver fun and challenging sessions that cater to the needs and abilities of children aged 5-12.
  • Create Positive Learning Environment: Establish a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development among children.
  • Coach Programme: Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Coaching Philosophy: Implement our coaching philosophy, ensuring that all sessions are fun, inclusive, and educational.
  • Individual Needs: Understand and respond to the individual needs of children, challenging and engaging them appropriately.
  • First Aid and Emergency Situations: Respond effectively to first aid and emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children.
  • Liaison with Parents/Carers: Establish positive relationships with parents/carers, providing regular updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Passion for Working with Children: Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and facilitating fun games and activities.
  • Developing Skills: Show willingness to develop your skills and coaching ability, embracing ongoing training and professional development.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate exceptional punctuality and reliability, ensuring that you are always prepared and on time.
  • Experience Working with Children: Possess experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children, with a strong understanding of their needs and abilities.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, effectively managing sessions and interacting with children, teachers, and parents.
