We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a Primary School setting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Support students with their activities and encourage learning
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
