Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our firm's System and Data team in HR for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and all HR software, databases, and data globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement effective systems administration solutions to meet HR needs.
  2. Develop and maintain systems workflows in Open HR to streamline processes.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  4. Provide regular reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of systems configurations and changes.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in systems administration and HR systems.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of the MS suite of products.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
