Bank Mental Health Nurse

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our bank team on a flexible basis. As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green, our female Acute and PICU service.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
- Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
