We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the High Peak and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
